So that you're not restricted by particular arrival and departure days and times, your holiday rental can start and finish on any day of the week, and any time of the day or night.

Please note - at least 1 person in the party must be 25 years of age or over.

Rental rates - Below you'll see 2 sets of rates which are Property rentals by the beachholiday rental rates per apartment per week and long term rental rates per apartment per month. The rates include all bills for electric and water, plus laundry and cleaning after your departure. Within each table theres various tariffs, depending on when you choose to rent. Just choose the rates that are relevant to your stay, if your rental stretches over different tariffs, the nights will be charged pro-rata, depending upon how many nights you are staying within each tariff. Just give us a call or send an email with your intended dates and we'll work out the exact cost for you.

* Flexibility - your holiday rental with us can be anything from 1 week to 6 months, and your rental can start and finish on any day of the week and any time of the day or night.

* Discounts always available for bookings of 3 months or longer in duration.

* Simple payment system - small deposit to reserve the property and balance paid 2 months before you arrive.

* English speaking drivers can be arranged to take you from the airport to the property and back to the airport at the end of your stay if you wish. Just let us know if you would like us to arrange the airport transfers for you.
